-Louies Life is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages. Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers in the event of a missing package.
-Items purchased are valid for refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
-All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached
How to Return an Order:
- Email email@example.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange. If your product is defective, please take a clear photo of the defective product and attach it to your email as reference.
- We will contact you within 3 business days with further instructions.
Shipping:To return your product, you should mail your product to:
-Unfortunately, we no longer accept exchanges. We will provide you a refund upon receiving item(s). Feel free to repurchase the item once again once the funds have been returned to your account.
-Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
-All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.
-For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted.
-Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.
-We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
